Do not install this software if you've already installed Palm Desktop 4.2 from the Treo 755p, 700p or 680 CDThis is not an upgrade if you already have Palm Desktop 4.2 software on your desktop PC. It is intended only for customers who have lost their software CD, or are having problems installing the software from the CD.
The CD version is the latest version you need. You may encounter issues if you install the version on this page (4.1.4e) after you install the version from your CD (4.2).
